What is the I-751 Form?

The I-751 Form is an immigration form also known as the Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. This form is used for applying to remove the conditions on resident status obtained through marriage.

The information provided on this form is used by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to determine whether the marriage is genuine or simply entered into for the purpose of acquiring a green card.
