If your vehicle is a trailer coach, enter its length and width in inches.
Will this vehicle be used for the transportation of persons for hire, compensation, or profit (e.g. limousine, taxi, bus, etc.)?

Include in the total cost or value of your vehicle the cost of the basic vehicle, the value of any trade-in, and all accessories and leased equipment permanently attached. Do not include sales tax, insurance, finance charges, or warranty.
