Fillable Form Oregon Accident Report 735-32

The Oregon Accident Report form is a mandatory form that has to be filed within 72 hours when the damage to any vehicle is over $2,500, any vehicle was towed the scene, there was injury or death resulting from the accident, or when the damages to one's property, other than the vehicle involved in this accident, is worth more than $2,500. If one doesn't file this required report, his/her license will be suspended.
