What is the New Hampshire Driver’s License Renewal form?

Form DSMV450, Application for Driver License or Non-Driver ID Card, or also referred to as the New Hampshire Driver’s License Renewal form, is a state-level form by the State of New Hampshire Department of Safety — Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Residents of New Hampshire may use it to renew their expired or expiring driver’s license.

 

Aside from its use as a renewal form, the New Hampshire Driver’s License Renewal form also serves as a document to apply for a new or replacement driver’s license or non-driver identification card.

 

In general, your driver’s license expires after five years, on your birthday. You may renew it two months before its expiration. The New Hampshire DMV will send a renewal notice with instructions on how to renew your driver’s license.
