Individuals who are 21 years old and older can renew their driver’s licenses 90 days prior to the expiration date, which is their birthday in the fifth year after the issuance license.

6D — Select “Yes” if you experience any condition which affects your ability to operate a motor vehicle due to loss or impairment of hand or arm. Select “No” if otherwise.
6E — Select “Yes” if you experience any condition which affects your ability to operate a motor vehicle due to a neurological or neuromuscular disease. Select “No” if otherwise.
7 — Select “Yes” if since the issuance of your last license or permit your health or medical condition worsened. Select “No” if otherwise.
If you are applying for a school learner’s permit or a school permit, select “Yes” if your home or the school you attend is in a city of 5,000 or less. Select “No” if otherwise.
